Are staging consultations free?

Yes! Consultations are complimentary.

Absolutely. We carry general liability and workers’ compensation insurance, and can list you as an additional insured upon request.

Can I choose the furniture?

Feel free to share inspiration! Our designers will select the pieces that best highlight your home and appeal to buyers.

Do you use real mattresses and beds?

Always! We use real mattresses and real bed frames for a complete, polished look.

Where do I put my furniture?

For occupied homes, we’ll walk through the property and recommend what stays and what goes. The garage is often the easiest option, or we can help coordinate movers and storage.

When should I schedule cleaning?

Before staging day! A clean home gives us the perfect canvas to work with.

Can we stay home during staging?

For safety and efficiency, the home must be empty of people and pets during installation.
